Elephant Plains is close to the stunning Lake Kikorongo where open savannah plains merge into the beautiful waters and an area frequented by African bush elephants that visit the area for clean waters and fresh pastures thus the Lodge’s incredible name.
The unique location of Elephant Plains Lodge close to Kasenyi Plains makes it possible for guests to explore the open savannah plains that are filled with different wildlife species such as Bushbucks, Uganda Kobs, African bush elephants, Cape buffaloes, Topis, warthogs, Defassa waterbucks, and even predators.
