Detailed itinerary of 7 days in Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Mount Kilimanjaro

Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Maasai Mara

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed into Kenya by our safari driver-guide; he will brief you about the safari and depart for Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way you will have a stopover in Nairok Town and another stop at the Rift Valley Viewpoint for pictures and enjoying magnificent views of the Rift Valley Escarpments.

Arrive in the reserve in time for lunch at your lodge after check-in and enjoy a short relaxation and in the afternoon you will head out for an afternoon game drive, exploring the beautiful landscape of Masai Mara and spotting various species of wildlife. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Day In The Wilderness Of Masai Mara

You will spend this entire day on game drives through Masai Mara game reserve, a popular Kenya wildlife destination for its high concentration of wildlife and over 400 bird species, which make Kenya a top wildlife destination.

During the game drives in Masai Mara, you will enjoy sights of elephants, buffaloes, Black rhinos, giraffes, genet cats, roam antelopes, leopards, cheetahs & Black-manned lions. You will also head to the famous Mara River where you will get a chance to see the huge crocodiles basking on the sun.

If you book this safari during the months of June/July, you will have an opportunity to witness the wildebeest migration, where millions of wildebeests, zebras and gazelles attempt to cross the crocodile-infested Mara River, with some of them being feasted upon by the crocodiles. These animals cross the river in search of green pasture and water and return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer from Masai Mara to Serengeti in Tanzania

Enjoy breakfast and check out of your lodge and with an en route game drive, you will depart for Serengeti National Park with a border crossing at the Isebania border. Along the way, you will have lunch and after finishing all the formalities with the border authorities, you will cross over to Tanzania and head to Serengeti National Park.

Arrive in the evening; with an en route game drive, you will head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Full day in Serengeti national park

After an early morning breakfast you will to the park for a full day game drives, Serengeti national park offers extreme adventure in the wild experience.

During the game drives you will have an opportunity to see several wildlife and birds such as Ostriches, Kori bastard, large flocks of larks, finches, raptors and lions, leopards, gazelles, giraffes, zebras, elephants cape buffaloes among others. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Ngorongoro crater and game drive at the crater floor

After enjoying breakfast, you will checkout of our lodge and with en-route morning game drive you will transfer to Ngorongoro crater arriving in the afternoon – time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon you will descend to the crater floor for a game drive, as you explore the crater floor you will enjoy watching many animals including huge prides of lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, zebras, gazelles, giraffes and many birds including pink flamingoes at Lake Magadi. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: transfer to Kilimanjaro national park for magical views of Mount Kilimanjaro

After an early breakfast, you will depart for Mount Kilimanjaro National Park. Along the way you will enjoy the spectacular views of the countryside; the park stretches along the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa and upon arrival you will be welcomed by the splendid views of Mount Kilimanjaro and its snow-capped summit.

You will have lunch after checking into your lodge and in the afternoon you will go for a hiking experience heading to Materuni Falls; along the hike you will enjoy up-close views of the mountain and magnificent views of the falls. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 7: Transfer to Arusha for your flight to Zanzibar
