Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Transfer Murchison Falls National Park and Visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Along The way

Your safari begins with an early morning pickup from Kampala or Entebbe. Drive through the famous Luweero Triangle with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting on-foot rhino tracking experience—the only place in Uganda to see wild rhinos.

Continue to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest national park. In the afternoon, visit the Top of the Falls, where the Nile squeezes through a narrow 7-meter gorge before plunging dramatically

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise

After an early morning warm-up tea/coffee, you will transfer for a game drive to the northern bank in search of animals like lions, giraffes, oribis, elephants, Jackson’s hartebeests, Uganda kobs, and buffaloes among other animals and bird species. You will then return to the lodge in time for lunch and relax preparing for yet an exciting activity in the afternoon. After lunch, you’ll transfer for a 3-hour boat ride on the Nile River to the bottom of the falls. Here, you will have the opportunity to view animals such as crocodiles, and hippos, in the water and some on the river banks. Buffaloes, waterbucks, and elephants are often seen on the river bank grazing and drinking water. You will then have to hike to the top of the falls for a clear view of the falls. You’ll return to your lodge for a relaxed evening, dinner, and an overnight stay

Day 3: Transfer Kibale Forest National Park and Evening Bigodi Swamp Walk

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Kibale National Park through scenic landscapes of tea plantations, rolling hills, and traditional villages. You’ll enjoy photo stops en route before arriving at your lodge near the forest. You’ll spend the evening along the bigodi swamp watching birds and primates that stay with in the swamp and later return to the lodge for overnight

Day 4: Chimp Tracking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park for evening game drive

You’ll begin the day with a briefing at the Kibale visitor center before entering the rainforest for an unforgettable chimpanzee trekking experience. You’ll observe them feeding, grooming, and socializing in their natural habitat. After lunch, you’ll drive south to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its abundant wildlife and beautiful scenery. Your accommodation at Bush Lodge or similar.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable Forest National Park with Enroute game drive through ishasha sector

You’ll enjoy an early breakfast and drive through the Ishasha sector in search of the famous tree-climbing lions resting in fig trees. You’ll continue south through scenic landscapes to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to nearly half of the world’s mountain gorillas. Relax and prepare for your gorilla trekking adventure

Day 6: Gorilla Tracking and Batwa Culture Experience

After breakfast, you’ll report to the ranger station for a gorilla trekking briefing. Venture into the forest to track a gorilla family, spending a remarkable hour observing their behavior. The trek may last 2–10 hours, depending on their movements, afterwards you will return to the lodge for lunch and evening participation in the batwa community cultural experience

Day 7: Transfer Back to Entebbe or Kigali

After a delicious, relaxing breakfast, you will check out of your accommodations and begin the return journey to Entebbe, arriving in the evening in time for your flight. Along the way, take some time to stop for photo opportunities and browse the various crafts for sale.
