4 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation and Trekking Safari

4 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation and Trekking Safari

4 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation and Trekking Safari starts in Entebbe/Kampala, Uganda. The Gorilla Habituation Experience in Uganda takes you for a wonderful 4-hour encounter with mountain gorillas. Mountain gorilla encounters have become a popular wildlife attraction on African safaris.

Tourists from all corners of the world travel to Africa every year with the sole purpose of seeing mountain gorillas. These giant primates can only be found in East and Central Africa.

In contrast, gorilla trekking offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend one hour with the incredible mountain gorillas, while gorilla habituation lasts four hours. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home for gorilla trekking in Uganda.

Outside of their natural habitat, mountain gorillas cannot thrive and therefore cannot be kept in zoos. They only inhabit Uganda, Rwanda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), two remote rainforest jungles in east and central Africa. These nations fiercely guard the last few enormous apes like a king’s fortress from the Middle Ages.
